Rebel with a cause!
Wednesday, May 28th, 2008Ever wondered why in everything there is a Yin & Yang? its for either a balance in everything, or it could be that there is always 2 sides of a coin, or simply because if one way is not working, there is a factor that can overturn the wrong to right, negative to positive, old school to new school, following the change of time…
Now that our country has its Pakatan Rakyat, they will be the voice in parlimen for those unfortunate many who used to have practically no say in anything whatsoever.
I often wondered this year…since the change of a single particular senior individual, in my feelings, the new one seems better. Why? simple! we are finally growing up and maturing from a school concept. The bell rings, we go line up for assembly, we are constantly watched by the individual whose neck length has broken the world record. However now there is no more practice of such. Mind you, we are Adults working, not school children going to school.
We have targets to achieve and given the freedom to work professionally to achieve the targets. I am currently practising a new way of working. But have been ‘reminded’ twice by 2 different people to NOT do it. Correct me if I am wrong, not to boast or anything, but I believe the way these 2 portray themselves has not been favoured by any one of us and so agrees our customers. But I do get a good response and have had much more positive outcome with working with my colleagues and customers in my 3 years than them in the past decade and future decade!
I used to be so rebelious that I would do or say things out of emotions. Then I cooled down. Now with the change of the senior individual I thought and gave them a chance to redeem and change their way as well, WHICH for your information, they would say it is time for change.
It is now the end of May, 5 months and nothing has changed. After the first ‘chat’, I got all fired up. After today’s second ‘chat’ by another person, the fire has gone beyond saving. Its like that guy in the Fantastic Four who can burn up! hahaha!
They ask for it, and I am going to kindly oblige. I guess they miss the rebel in me…
However, like the opposition of our country, I am gonna rebel WITH a cause. I have nothing to lose…
Bro, I think I can’t wait for you to find out abouy the Union thingy, for its already started! I like Barack’s tag-line, "Change you Can Believe In"! Very motivating!
I can see that practically everyone is DE-motivated. At this time, I do not deny, I was still motivated. But now, I am motivated to turn things around.

Damn the fact that you are so afraid of change that anyone, and I mean ANYONE can can replace you easily and ACTUALLY produce results!
Damn that you have to target me JUST because I am so called doing something good since the beginning of this year!
Damn the fact that I had brought up the name of our country in the Region and the World!
Damn that you buggers don’t realise I could just let it go and we could go back to the crap position we were the past years!
Damn that I am not such a person who will let go of responsibilities so I will finish what I have started while you have never fulfilled ANY promises even as small as a follow-up to a small matter!
Damn the fact that I am gonna do this for all my esteemed colleagues that does NOT include you guys up there, and will credit my esteemed colleagues at the end of the day!
and Damn the fact that the girls have more BALLS than any of you will ever have!
